We want to make the transition from primary to secondary school as successful and as easy as possible. Mr Lasslett has already been visiting primary schools to collect school information and meet the children who will be joining The Royal Harbour Academy in September. 

NEW INTAKE EVENINGS - TUESDAY 28TH JUNE AND WEDNESDAY 29TH JUNE, 5:30 - 6:30PM On Tuesday 28th June and Wednesday 29th June, all parents and carers of students are invited to New Intake Evenings at the Lower Site (Newlands Lane), where there will be an opportunity to meet key staff and receive important information about your son or daughter’s transition into secondary education in September. At the New Intake Evening you will receive a Welcome Pack, including various forms that need to be completed and returned to the school. If you are unable to attend, please indicate on the reply slip below so we can get a pack posted to you. Please either bring your completed paperwork to the school when your child comes in for Transition Day, or drop it off at Reception anytime before Friday 8th July. Please note that the school will need to see your child’s original birth certificate, so please present this at Reception when you submit your paperwork. In order to manage numbers, we kindly ask that all those with the surnames starting with the letters A – L attend the session on Tuesday 28th June,  and those with surnames starting with M – Z attend the session on Wednesday 29th June.  However, should this not be convenient please indicate on the reply slip below which session you will be attending, so that we can plan accordingly.
