We are excited to invite you to a workshop focused on two important topics for our students: sleep and screen time. We will be running the workshop on our Upper Site (Marlowe Way) on Wednesday 3rd May 2023, 6:00 - 8:00pm 

During the evening, a meal will be provided for attendees, free of charge. Please note that places will need to be reserved as we are limited to 20 families at each of the workshops. If places are over subscribed, we will look to host further sessions in the future.

As you are aware, sleep and screen time are two key areas that can impact a student's overall wellbeing, academic performance, and mental health. We believe it is important to provide parents and carers with the tools and resources to support their children in these areas, and this workshop will provide valuable information on how to do so.

During the workshop, we will cover a range of topics related to sleep and screen time, including:

• The impact of screen time on sleep
• Tips for promoting healthy sleep habits
• Strategies for managing screen time at home
• The role of technology in education and its effects on sleep and wellbeing

We have invited colleagues from TISS (Thant Inclusion Support Service), including a qualified sleep instructor, to share their insights and expertise on these topics. There will also be an opportunity for parents to ask questions and share their own experiences.
