Eyes Down for Prom! Year 11 Fundraiser Bingo Night

On Friday 16th May, we hosted an amazing Bingo Night and a raffle at the Upper School site to raise funds for our Year 11 Prom. Thanks to the incredible support from everyone who attended and contributed, we are proud to share that we raised an impressive £1,623 on the night!

With 150 people attending the evening was filled with fun, laughter, and excitement. Mr Wall was our fantastic Bingo caller for the evening—keeping the energy high and the crowd entertained with his enthusiasm and great sense of humour! The night was made even better by the amazing prizes that were generously donated. Some of the highlights included tickets to Revolution Skatepark, vouchers for Stonelees Golf, a one-year membership to Monkton Nature Reserve, a signed Ramsgate football t-shirt, two family passes to Rascal Bay Adventure Golf, tickets to Gillingham Ice Skating, a Rage Room experience, and a Pawsome Puppy Yoga session. We also had a wide range of treats on offer, from massages and hairdressing vouchers to afternoon tea and more.

We would also like to extend a thank you to all the businesses and individuals who kindly donated prizes, including Ramsgate Football club, McDonald’s, Chapel House, Margate Caves, Restore and Bloom, Dartful Barbers, and many more. Your generosity played a huge part in the night’s success and has brought us one step closer to creating an unforgettable Prom for our Year 11 students. 

We would also like to give a massive thank you to all the staff involved in helping the night run so smoothly.

The money raised will go directly toward making Prom a truly special night for our Year 11s, a chance to celebrate everything they’ve achieved and to send them off in style as they move on to their next chapter. Our Year 11 students are incredibly grateful for the support they’ve received and are now even more excited for the biggest night of the year…. their Prom!
