On this occasion, we will focus on subject-specific revision strategies, the advance information given out by the exam boards and how we can all support students during the upcoming examination period. Refreshments and resources will be provided.

All Year 11 students have been given a copy of the GCSE exam timetable; a further copy and any further information will be sent home straight after Easter. It is imperative that students continue to attend school every day during the exam period as carefully-planned revision sessions will be taking place at all times when students are not in an exam.

As you will appreciate, there is now only a matter of weeks before exams start and we urge you to continue to encourage your son or daughter to attend after school revision sessions. The core subjects are: Tuesday - English, Wednesday - science and Thursday - mathematics. All other subjects are on Mondays. It is also vital that you ensure your son or daughter is completing all the homework tasks set by teachers (available on Satchel One) to help them to be fully prepared and successful this summer.
