"I thought drama was when the actors cried. But drama is when the audience cries" - Frank Capra
During KS3 students focus on developing the following skills; communication, collaboration, control, confidence, cooperation, commitment and concentration. These are valuable skills for drama and transferable to all subjects and daily life.
Students are encouraged to explore their own feelings, beliefs and ideas to find meaning and develop drama work based on a wide variety of subject matters and stimuli. Students are encouraged to take responsibility for their own actions, by learning what is right and wrong through effective communication, cooperation and sensitivity.
