We would like to thank Isla Mason from Thant Inclusion Support Service, for delivering a fantastic seminar on the science of sleep to a group of our parents this week.
As you are aware, sleep and screen time are two key areas that can impact a student's overall wellbeing, academic performance, and mental health. We believe it is important to provide parents and carers with the tools and resources to support their children in these areas, and this workshop provided valuable information on how to do so.
